► WIRELESS DRINKING WATER SCADA AUTOMATION SYSTEM
System Properties
Automation system organizes data transfer between tank and pumps in wireless form.
System ensures starting and stopping the pumps according to water level in tank.
System performs monitoring and directing of tank, pump and pumping stations which are dispersed to broad areas and require control by means of computer control easily.
System determines water requirement of the system and keep the pumps in operating status until requirement is met.
System switches the pumps off automatically when tank has the required water level.
Automation system consists of deep wells, pumping stations, tank, main center and monitoring units.
Pump is running, pump failure and water has finished at well failures are received from deep wells by computer at center and manual and automatic start controls are sent to pumping station from computer at center.
Pump level information (between 0-100% range) is displayed from pumping stations.
Main-standby pump is running and pump failure warnings are received by computer at center and manual and automatic start controls are sent to pumping station from computer at center.
Water level (0-100% range) information which were obtained from float valve and ultrasonic sensors in tanks are received by computer at center.
It ensures information which are received from deep wells, pumping stations and tanks to be displayed in main center graphically.
Monitoring unit is operated simultaneously with main center and ensures sending control and monitoring information.
