The wireless well storage control and level monitoring system makes the storage filling operations completely automatically by providing wireless communication between the submersible pump and the water tank up to 15 km.

Technical information and use

The system eliminates the need for cable pulling offers a reliable and economical solution at remote points.

Thanks to PLC, RTU or CPU-free structure, the system provides quick and easy installation with plug and play feature.

The system consisting of pump unit and warehouse unit realizes pump control automatically by wireless transmitting water level information.

The float or liquid level relay inputs on the tank side are the relay outlets suitable to drive the contactor on the pump side.

Input and output capacity can be increased up to 4 channels. Thus, the gradual management of multi-level warehouse control or multiple pumps can be realized.

A repeater unit can be added for longer-distance applications.

All equipment are offered in industrial ABS boxes with transparent cover, IP67 protection class. The system is delivered in set together with 5 dBi high-risk antennas, transmitter-aller units and feeding equipment.

For applications with energy on the warehouse side, there are battery models available for grid-feeding, non-energy sites. Cordless models can supply long-time uninterrupted operation as charging with solar panel.

Optional Monitoring Screens; With 7 inch and 10 inch Remote Point Level and Status Monitoring Screens integrated into the system; * Warehouse level information, * Pump working status, * Alarm and fault information, * Communication status, * Relay and input status can be monitored instantly from a central point.
